Kathy Holmes Andrews Co-Owner With over 15 years experience in wine selection, Kathy will help you select the perfect wine for your meal or mood. She offers service and superior knowledge to assist you in selecting gourmet delicacies for your lifestyle and palette.
Jeff Verner Co-Owner Jeff has over 32 years of experience as a butcher. In 1996 Jeff teamed up with partner Kathy; together they have built a successful premier specialty steak and wine shop. Jeff enjoys competing in the Alabama Wild life cook off competition; where he has won serval 1st place awards in Fish,Game and Foul. Jeff also enjoys volunteering at Reality and Truth Ministries the where he and a team of people feed the homeless.
Chef Drew Bass Executive Chef With Drew’s culinary school background and experience at Peppertree Steak N’ Wine for over 10 years, he can assist you with all of your catering needs. He enjoys catering private dinners and specializes in food and wine pairing dinners.

Chantal Davis Bass General Manager/Marketing Director Chantel Davis Bass has been working at Peppertree for over 14 years. She is a highly skilled and talented professional sommelier.
